Geoff is a highly experienced Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Trainer and all round Mental Health professional.

He is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (E.A.T.A.) and Psycho-analytic psychotherapist (UKCP-CPJA).

He is a member of the UKCP, UKATA, EATA, and IARTA and abides by the codes of ethics of those organisations.

Previously qualified in Psychiatric Nursing and Social Work, Geoff qualified as a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist in 1996.

He undertook a psycho-analytical training and qualified as a Psychoanalytical psychotherapist in 2005 under the auspices of the Forum for Independent Psychotherapists.

He later undertook a supervision training with the Society for Analytical psychology where he gained a certificate of completion.

After being in Private Practice for twenty years in South London, Geoff became a full time Consultant Psychotherapist in a high security prison where he specialised individual and group therapy for men with severe personality disorders.

Geoff continues to train in Transactional Analysis, has a supervision case load and continues to act as a training consultant, and reflective practice group facilitator in the prison service.

He also worked on behalf of the Northern Guild for Psychotherapy as a group therapist, and supervisor in a T.A. institute in Moscow for four years (part time)

Geoff completed a two year training as a facilitator with the Elizabeth Kubler-Ross foundation in 1999.
